The staff at the Aiden were exceptional: Friendly, spoke perfect English, gracious, professional and thorough. They even went above usual service and followed up on requests. I made a mistake booking my departure date through a third party app and they helped me cancel the last night that I didn't need and get a refund, even though the reservation was pre-paid. I've never experienced that level of customer service before. While the location wasn't walking distance from the fun parts of the city, and the room was relatively small with no real view, and there were no amenities in the room (e.g., no shower cap) I'd stay there again for the service. There's a convenience store right across the street and easy parking on the property. Shower was great with lots of hot water and overhead and wand.

The hotel has really beautiful interiors. The room's design is very well-thought-out and everything has a function. Double-railed blackout curtains do not let any light inside the room, so you can sleep without interruptions in an extremely comfortable and long (it doesn't happen often with me being 190cm) bed. The sound insulation is on a very high level, and you can barely hear the doors of other rooms closing. Parking is also very convenient.

Excellent hotel which exceeded our expectations. The room we stayed in was spacious and beautifully appointed, with comfortable beds, ample cupboard space and a large and modern bathroom. Breakfast was very good with enough choices of different kinds of food. The location is quiet, within easy walking distance to the Manufactura complex and the city centre. I would highly recommend the hotel for a visit to Lodz.

Beautiful new hotel – spotless, well-maintained, and with spacious rooms. The air conditioning and ventilation work perfectly, making the stay very comfortable. As the hotel is still new, it’s pleasantly quiet, though the breakfast selection is a bit limited. I appreciated being able to park my car right on the street in front of the hotel, with free parking over the weekend

the hotel is spacious in terms of parking, corridors, especially the rooms. excellent complete breakfast and if you wanted something else you could ask. Location within walking distance of the MANUFAKTURA. Great parking place Conclusion worth repeating

Room was pristine, the furniture did not feel cheap, overall room was comfortable. Bathroom equipped with everything that's needed.

A 3-star hotel that outperforms many 4-star ones. We asked for quiet rooms and got ones. Clean, comfortable and modern without trying to be pretentious.
